Important Update: 

We have launched a new online system to better serve you.

The City of Boise has recently launched a new online system that allows you to report code compliance issues, including abandoned vehicles, online. First time users of this system will be required to set up an account. 

To report a code compliance issue online:

  1. Login here. If you are a first time user you will need to create an account. When setting up your account, select "Reporting Party" wehn selecting your contact type during the account registration process.
  2. After logging in, click "APPLY > COMPLIANCE SERVICE REQUEST" in the top menu bar. Review and accept the online disclaimer. Select the request type from the menu and complete your report.
